Virtus.pro have won cs_summit 7, beating fnatic 2-0 in the grand final to complete a run of four consecutive titles that started at IEM New York CIS in October and continued at Flashpoint 2 and DreamHack Open December. The bears did not drop a single map across five series and take home $100,000 for the win.

Inferno was the only real test of the final. Virtus.pro raced to an 11-4 lead on the CT side, but fnatic won ten of the fifteen rounds after the switch to force a tense finish, with Maikil "Golden" Selim leading the Swedes at 25-18. The bears held on 16-14, Pavel "PashaBMW" Tishchenko and Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis finishing the map with 27-19 and 24-18 respectively.

Then came Vertigo, and PashaBMW. The Russian went 27-11 with a 1.72 rating as Virtus.pro won the T half 11-4 and closed the map out 16-8. He finished the final 54-30 with a 1.55 rating.

"Four tournaments in a row is something special, and to do it without losing a map is even better," PashaBMW said after the trophy lift. "On Inferno they came back on the T side and it was a bit nervous at the end, but after we won it, I felt that fnatic didn't believe anymore."
